Foundation for Facial Aesthetic Surgery | www.ffasurg.org | The mission of the Foundation of Facial Aesthetic Surgery (a Non-Profit, Multi-Specialty Foundation) is to foster a sense of cooperation and knowledge exchange between the medical specialties that are primarily involved in the science, practice and teaching of facial aesthetic surgery and non-surgical medical aesthetics. The Foundation supports annual symposiums taught by leading educators with a particular emphasis on aesthetic rejuvenation.
  9. National Coalition of Estheticians Association | nceacertified.org | Helping Estheticians raise standards with national credentialing and continuing education accreditation. The NCEA was founded by Susanne S. Warfield in January 2000. At the time, the American Academy of Dermatology’s (AAD) Allied Health Committee was looking to liaise with the skin care industry. One of NCEA’s goals was to bring the industry to agree on use of terminology, esthetician job tasks, and the hours of training necessary to be successful in today’s skin care industry

Pro Beauty is the largest organization of salon professionals with members representing salons/spas, distributors, manufacturers, and beauty professionals/NCA.

Society of Dermatology Skin Care Specialists | www.sdscs.org | Society of Dermatology Skin Care Specialists members have worked as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help develop the National Esthetician Certification. Membership passed a resolution in 2009 that all Estheticians working in a medical setting should attain the NCEA Certified credential to better serve the needs of patients and to help raise the licensing standards of our profession.

American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery | www.abhrs.org | The American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery is internationally recognized as the only board certification focusing on hair restoration surgery for physicians worldwide. The (ABHRS) is a surgical certifying board organized to examine physicians in the area of hair restoration surgery; and the ABHRS is a surgical certifying board organized to promote the safe practice of hair restoration surgery.
  15. The Aesthetic Society | www.theaestheticsociety.org | Devoted entirely to aesthetic plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine of the face and body. The Aesthetic Society is comprised of over 2,600 Plastic Surgeons; Active Members are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (USA) or by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and have extensive training in the complete spectrum of surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures.
